All of the content featured or displayed on this website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, moving images, videos, sound, illustrations and software ("Content"), is owned by ADM PhotoGraphics, its licensors and its content providers.

Licensing Agreement

Rates and Usage Rights must be negotiated before use. All photographic and videographic rights not expressly granted in writing remain the exclusive property of ADM PhotoGraphics and are limited to one-time use. Missing or incomplete credits may result in additional charges.

ADM PhotoGraphics requests that a credit line appear immediately adjacent to, or other suitable credit given for all images/videos used. This credit line should read as "© Alan D. Musy/ADM PhotoGraphics".

Notwithstanding the above, you MAY NOT under any circumstances: sublicense, relicense, rent or lease any of the images or video; copy or publish any image/video to any network, bulletin board, peer-to-peer (P2P) network or website; or otherwise distribute or allow any distribution or use by any other person, entity or party other than authorized users, without prior written consent from ADM PhotoGraphics; use any images/video in any form of pornographic, libelous, defamatory, fradulent or other illegal manner; use any images/video to promote a business that sells or licenses photographic or videographic imagery, or otherwise competes with ADM PhotoGraphics in any manner (unless contracted in writing by ADM PhotoGraphics for the purpose of marketing such imagery); or ship, transfer, export or distribute any images/video into any country prohibiting such importation or transfer.
