Owner and photographer Al Musy got his start in photography at an early age, first taking photos with his mother's Brownie box camera, and later, with his father's Argus 35mm SLR. For years, Al shot photos in the Midwestern United States with these cameras without any exposure meters, using the film box information as a guide.

Upon graduation from high school, Al bought his first camera, a Pentax KX 35mm SLR. He continued to use this camera and later a Pentax ME Super for many years. Al moved from the Midwest to Colorado in 1986, and finally to Alaska in 1991.

In 1995, Al founded ADM PhotoGraphics. He now performs digital and film photography and videography using Canon and Sony equipment. Al is a member of the International Freelance Photographers Organization (IFPO) and the Alaska Society of Outdoor and Nature Photographers (ASONP).

Al is always looking for new places and opportunities to photograph. Having switched to digital photography in 2005, he now shoots almost exclusively in the digital format. His work has been published in many venues including the Alaska Milepost and ASONP's newsletter The Viewfinder.

Go about your normal outdoor activites and let us photograph your activity. This can be a great way for individuals or families to obtain portraits of themselves for minimal or no cost.
